Lindsey is a California Associate Marriage & Family Therapist under the supervision of Sara Gilman, PsyD, LMFT. Lindsey received her MA in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara in 2021. Lindsey has experience with individuals as well as couples. She is EMDR trained and is actively pursuing her HeartMath Practitioner training.

Attachment work is at the heart of Lindsey’s therapeutic approach. This encompasses attachment theory, polyvagal theory, as well as interpersonal neurobiology. Lindsey draws upon theoretical approaches such as internal family systems, object relations, humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential psychology.

She believes in forming a strong bond and working relationship with her clients as a potent therapeutic intervention and one that leads to real healing. Lindsey’s caring and attentive nature helps her clients feel comfortable and safe to heal from trauma and pursue personal growth. Her personal interests include painting, hiking, and philosophy of all kinds.
