Heather is a Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST) and STC certified instructor. Heather speaks at conferences throughout the State and in the Western Region to all populations in public safety and the criminal justice system on "The Impact of Trauma," and "Building Resiliency" to change the culture and reduce the stigma in asking for help. Heather’s motto is, “It's OK, to NOT be OK” and it takes enormous strength to ask for help.
