Taylor Jackman

For Taylor Jackman, supporting first responders is more than a professional calling—it's deeply personal. Having close family members who have dedicated their lives to careers in public safety, Taylor has witnessed both the pride that comes with serving others and the emotional weight that often accompanies the job. Those experiences shaped her passion for helping first responders and their families navigate the unique challenges that come with a life of service, while reminding them that they deserve the same care and support they so readily provide to others.

Taylor is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who believes healing begins with genuine connection, trust, and a safe place to be fully seen and heard. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the understanding that resilience isn't about carrying every burden alone—it's about having the right support when life becomes overwhelming.

Throughout her career, Taylor has worked in community mental health, hospital behavioral health, and school-based settings, supporting adolescents, adults, families, and professionals through trauma, crisis, grief, relationship challenges, and life's unexpected transitions. She provides individual, working with kids as young as 5 years old, couples, and family counseling. Her work has included crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, domestic violence treatment, parent education, and collaboration with hospitals, schools, and community agencies to ensure clients receive thoughtful, coordinated care.

Taylor is a Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner (Clinical), a trained Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Group and Individual Crisis Responder, and holds a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Counseling. She is passionate about helping individuals build practical tools for healing while recognizing and honoring the strengths they already possess.

Taylor feels privileged to be part of the Premier First Responder team because it brings together her professional expertise and her personal commitment to those who dedicate their lives to protecting others. She understands that behind every badge, uniform, or title is a human being who experiences stress, loss, joy, sacrifice, and resilience. Her goal is to provide a space where first responders and their loved ones can be authentic, find hope, and continue thriving both personally and professionally. She considers it an honor to walk alongside them as they care for themselves with the same dedication they bring to caring for their communities.
